The hotel is in a very good location, and it only takes 6 minutes to walk to the park. Ralph speaks fluent English. He has been a tour guide for 10 years. He recommended a very reasonable tour route for us and helped me book discounted tickets for scenic spots. Ralph is very enthusiastic and professional. He can help you solve all travel problems. This is the hotel with the best service I have ever stayed in during my travels in China. The coffee in the hotel is only 10 yuan a cup, which is great. I will recommend friends to stay here

The guy on reception is very helpful, he has supported us in organising of our traveling in Zhangjiajie. The hotel has a good location, about 15 minutes walking to West Gates if National Park. Hotel is rather clear and you can find something to eat on breakfast for European travellers.

Perfect Location for the Park. It is only few minutes walk to Park Entrance.The guesthouse even have a lift with this price, which is so nice for our luggage to high floor . Room is clean and big size with soft bed.The manger speaks English .She is very knowledgeable about Zhangjiajie and help us arrange everything trip, train station pick up to make your stay more relaxing. I would to recommend here for everyone who want to explore Zhangjiajie.

The best people ever run this hotel. They helped us book tickets, plan out our schedules for our trips, picked us up from the airport, helped us do laundry, the list goes on and on. The hotel itself is cute and well located near the East Gate of Zhangjiajie forest park and a 5 min walk to streets with many shops and vendors. Could not recommend this place enough for visits to Zhangjiajie forest park.

Great location (2 minute walk to the bus station) and close to shops and restaurants. Air-conditioning veey worked well, very clean and comfortable stay in general. Fresh towels and new water bottles every day.
Best of all was the extremely helpful owner who helped us plan our 2 days in Zhangjiajie. Thanks to her we made the most of our time. She speaks English well, is very accurate and a lovely lady in general. Would definitely recommend this place (already recommended it to some people)!

The food was amazing, all home cooked and sourced locally. The location is incredible; views through the valley are beautiful. The outdoor heated pool looked out over this incredible view. Our room was spacious comfortable and felt very luxurious with a balcony overlooking the mountain. Finally, the best aspect of our stay was the staff, everyone we met was kind, helpful and spoke great English, in particular Frankie, who went out of his way to help us organise our trips to the national park and even dropped us of and picked us up each day (even when we were hours late!) . We cannot recommend this place enough and are very much looking forward to going back again soon.

The location is in a quiet area very close to one of the main attractions (the entrance to the Zhangjiajie national forest park which holds the"Avatar peaks", the glass bridge and so on). The host was very kind and helpful (offered to help us get tickets for the attractions, drove us to the entrance of the park), she even gave us some very good "moon cakes" for the ride as we left. Everything was nice and we would come back again 🙂
