Downstairs is the subway station, close to Suzhou station, travel is very convenient. Walking into the hall, the lively and warm atmosphere hits the face, the public areas are spacious and bright, which makes people feel particularly comfortable. The room is clean and tidy, the bed is very comfortable, and many small details can be seen the owner's care. The staff is warm and attentive, just like friends. It is fun to meet friends from all over the world and share their travel stories together. Desti Youth Park really gave me a special surprise.

I had a great stay at Cendre Hotel. The room I had was very comfortable and very clean. Had everything I needed. The staff were very helpful with many suggestions for my stay in Suzhou. The hotel has co-living spaces and work spaces throughout the hotel both indoor and outdoors. It has a nice outdoor garden area to relax in. Laundry facilities were also available. This is great for digital nomads and longer stays. The breakfast was very good, lots of choices and everything was delicious. You can walk about 10-15 mins to bus stop, subway stop, Tiger Hill and the top of Shantang Old Street. 10mins away is a convenient store. Maybe 15-20 min walk is Lingering Garden. Highly recommend.

The location is great, right in the center of the old town. Lots of gardens and nice restaurants nearby.
The staff was the highlight. Amazing and kind, always ready to help you have the best time possible in Suzhou. Highly recommended.

Tastefully decorated, the room was amazing, the bed incredibly comfortable. I would highly recommend the one with the infrared sauna, added a lovely touch. Great location, close to all the main attractions but slightly removed from the overly busy bits, nice food and coffee options nearby too.

Hotel situated right in front of the entrance to the main pedestrian shopping street in the city. Very well equipped, with comfortable rooms and exceptionally good beds and pillows. Breakfast 10/10 — everything you could think of was there. TOP!

- friendly staff, room is very clean, we requested the room with big window, they did provide as we want. The hotel is combined with an art gallery, coffeeshop and clothes store which very convenience and artsy vibes. Definitely recommend.
