Professional, clean, great service, great food. We have stayed at hotels all around China and east Asia, this is definitely a must stay if you’re in Shenzhen and we definitely plan on coming back here and even visiting their branches in Guangzhou and Shenzhen. The staff went above and beyond to help us check in early, late, even gave us an anniversary surprise. The room is such a tranquil area of peace within a busy city, a breath of fresh air
