The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. It’s easily one of the best hotels—if not the best—we’ve stayed at in China. The restaurant was a real highlight too, serving delicious, home-style dishes without the famous Sichuan pepper, making everything wonderfully enjoyable for everyone.
