We literally loved everything...from the level of customer care we received whilst arriving at Pudong Airport as 1st timers here and with difficulties in activating holafly, the response from Jerry at reception was superb. He coordinated with the staff at the airport for our seamless transfer to the hotel. And the same to the lovely young ladies who arranged our pickup to Hongqian.
Apart from the location and clean room, the staff (reception, housekeeping and dinning) were the ones that made our stay a great experience. Kudos all!

Beautiful hotel, recently renovated, extremely lovely staff. Candy and Ben were super helpful, and went completely above and beyond - making local bookings, helping with any questions or needs we had, including helping us identify snacks we were given at a restaurant, and ordering for us on meituan (we didn't have a Chinese number), accepting lots of parcels on our behalf, and generally just making us feel super welcome. We loved Shanghai, and will definitely be staying here again on our next trip!
