I rarely write hotel reviews, but the Radisson Collection Shanghai truly deserves one. They went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs and were unfailingly kind and helpful throughout our stay. From the front desk to the bellboys, the housekeeping team, and the swimming pool and gym staff, every single person made us feel welcome. I don’t know who the General Manager is, but it’s clear they’re doing an outstanding job leading this team.

I checked in very late. I was so surprised. The service was warm and the location was good. There were many things to eat nearby. The service was very good. There was an elevator.
