I had a room with a view to the Shanghai skyline and it was terrific. The location of the hotel is excellent (East Nanjing Road) and shopping and dining opportunities are plenty. The room and bathroom design were very pleasant. The hotel staff was enthusiastic and helpful.

Perfect location and impeccable service. Excellent restaurants. The hotel is an attraction by itself and perfectly located to both sightseeing and shopping. Outside is the hotel is a pedestrian only zone, thus do not expect taxis to stop directly at the front door. However, taxi stopping areas and metro stations are within 100m of the front door.

we stayed in lux suit and it was great size,very luxury and nice.Comfortable bed,big bathroom,everything was perfect,location is also on the bund,close to everything..
Have in mind to prepare translator on your phone,because the language barrier is everywhere,nobody speaks english but i saw this everywhere in all hotels.I liked really everything

Lovely hotel and located in a fantastic area to discover Shanghai.
Wonderful and very helpful staff especially at the reception.
Special mention to Mrs. Constanze and Mr. Robin from the front desk which helped us so much to discover the city and gave us precious advice on where to go and what to do. Special thanks to them both.
The room was excellent nothing was missing to feel well.
The breakfast was delicious and tasty, all in all a great experience in a great city.

The location is great. You can walk 300 meters to the Bund. After dinner, you can go to Waibaidu Bridge and the Bund to see the night view. It's really pleasant and beautiful.

It's a fifth time we stayed in Shanghai and a fifth time we stayed at Indigo hotel on the Bund. Fantastic view on river and Pudong. And cozy room with Art Deco interior design .
