Location is great - they provide shuttle bus service to the airport.
Staffs are friendly and helful.
Rooms are spotless, beds are comfy and water pressure is great.
Kids' slippers and dental kits are delivered by a robot - which is a cute surprise to enlighten the kid.
Big bonus - their restaurant serves amazing food and delivers good services - good value for money.

Very stylish hotel which is run well by the manager. The staff are polite and helpful. Everything is immaculate and overall there is great attention to detail. We loved the fresh flowers in the entrance hall. The fruit in the room was a nice touch too.
Great buffet breakfast and really convenient for the subway.

Very polite, professional and friendly staff. They also provide pick up and drop off from/to the airport. The room was good, provided toiletries and bottled water. They also have a lovely dog who stays in the garden. The place is quiet and one can truly relax.

Breakfast was very nice ,and comfortable hotel and with a request from me to a higher level, they didn’t hesitate to upgrade me which was a wonderful experience, from a lady who speak English with a beautiful smile and friendly. I wish I remember her name.
