The Four Seasons at the West Lake is a wonderful structure, set in a beautiful traditional garden, on the banks of the West Lake in Hangzhou. We appreciated quite a lot the peaceful atmosphere and the proximity to the gardens on the West Lake. Our room was huge, with a view on the hotel pond and garden. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, always ready to support in any way. Both dining options available are great, with food of high quality, impeccable service and beautiful atmosphere. Altogether it was a wonderful stay, we hope to be back soon.

The host were adorable ( and I am not just talking about the two cats). The breakfast was simple but fulfilling and you can ask more for those with hungry belly.
The room was clean and comfortable. It represents the amazing old Chinese traditional house. I loved the colors, warm tone and very relaxing.
The hotel had some hidden zen spots ( an outside garden and an internal court with many plants), great for pic or morning relaxation

The host was really hospitable and helpful, giving recommendations and even helped us with bicycles that got stuck in a parking lot (don't use public ones if you are a tourist). The room was cosy and full of beautiful decoration details. Also there are a plenty of musical instruments - you can play them.

Everything! The food was amazing and the guest house is literally cozy. I felt like I was at home. Vivian is a wonderful person. Definitely will come back if I will ever stay in Hangzhou!

This hotel has an amazing location, close to beautiful nature and cultural sights. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly and service minded. Rooms are very clean and cozy, sheets + pillows are nice. The belonging cafe serves enjoyable food and drinks, very convenient when staying at the hotel. There’s even 2 very cute dogs hanging around. Staff also served us scones + dessert! ☺️
