The owner was extremely friendly and lovely! Downstairs there are lots of musical instruments which you can use. The location is quite close to lake Xihu. The whole area is gorgeous, you can tell people are taking care of their houses and environment, just a pleasure to walk around! The room was clean, with towels, hairdryer, all needed bathroom appliances (even toothbrushes) and a balcony. Perfect match for quality/price

In a quiet enclave, almost a village, off a busy road, the stylish and elegant contemporary interior design is comfortable and welcoming. The area is beautiful but therefore very popular. Sally was a perfect host, cooking beautiful Chinese and American breakfasts on alternative days. She could not have been more helpful, patient and generous. She has excellent English.

Th facilities were great(dorm rooms with lockers, ac as heater. Showers and toilets were great. Cleaning lady going her rounds around hostel regularly). Staff-helpful (even if not all of them spoke good English, they tried to help the best they could with everything). Truly enjoyed my time there with musical environment-playing some music and-listening to others, having amazing Chinese New Year at hostel and even being a little pressured into ‘wolf killing game’(thanks Gabby:)), that actually was a lot of fun and I will remember my stay here with best memories.

Location is pretty quiet, but metro is nearby, also-buses.

The property was beautiful and the images didn’t do it justice. Visiting on a busy weekend it was lovely to have a private, quiet view of west lake. The room was perfect and very comfortable.

Our stay at this place was truly special. The location is absolutely beautiful — very green, peaceful, and picturesque. It’s close to one of the most stunning temples in Hangzhou, Lingyin Temple, which you can easily reach on foot while enjoying the nature and atmosphere of the area.
The room itself was cozy, stylish, and minimalist, with touches of traditional Chinese design that give the place a unique charm.
The host was incredibly welcoming and kind. She was always available and helped with any questions, including the local transportation system, which has its own specifics here. Thanks to her support, I felt very comfortable and well taken care of.
Breakfast was a lovely experience too — they serve traditional Chinese dishes, which is a great way to get to know the local culture.
