This Ritz Carlton is entirely perfect and gets 10 out of 10. We stayed in a Tower View room, which was very spacious and had amazing views of the TV tower. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is great. Staff is efficient and speaks good English. The hotel is right next to the main promenade in the centre of the city and the core business district.

Our rooms was clean, spacious, cozy and very relaxing after a long tiring day. We loved the complimentary shuttle going to canton fair and going back to Hotel. We also enjoyed the complimentary social hour and complimentary first round in the mini bar, hope you'll continue doing that.Buffet breakfast was superb. Variety of foods were provided.I would like to commend also your EMPLOYEE named Oscar from the concierge. He is very helpful to us and very fluent in english.=)

The attention to the detail, the friendly staff and the warm welcome by them was exceptional. The staff took us through all the benefits that the Jumeirah offers to their guess as well as the support and assistance during the stay. I was amazed by the cleanliness of the spaces, the design and the food. Everything was 10 / 10.
I really liked the staff and the service by some of them. Would love to mentioned all of them but I guess I only remember Hanz which helped us with with luggage and explained us all the amenities offered during the stay.
I definitely will come back and will be using the jumeirah in other locations.

Much better than I had even expected! Great location only 8 minutes walk to the beautiful river promenade with stunning views of the skyline and 3 minutes away from the next metro station. Studio is spacious, really well equipped with a very comfortable bed and nice views. Staff at the reception speak only Chinese, but with AI translation everything works well. Definitely recommended!
