Incredible hotel in the middle of Chengdu. Our room was upgraded upon arrival which was a really nice touch. The hotel is so luxurious. The room was so spacious, clean and comfortable. We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel and will definitely be booking it again!

I cannot recommend Anjia High Altitude Hotel Apartments enough! This has been, without a doubt, the best accommodation experience I've had in Chengdu, primarily thanks to their outstanding customer service and luxurious facilities. From the moment I arrived in the city, the service was impeccable. They arranged for a seamless pickup, ensuring a stress-free start to my trip. The staff are just a call away and speak fluent English, which made communication incredibly easy and efficient throughout my stay. A special thank you goes out to Mr. Dennis, who was exceptionally helpful, as were the other members of the team. Their willingness to assist with everything—including laundry services and providing every amenity needed in the room—truly sets this place apart. As a gesture of hospitality (and perhaps recognizing my Booking.com Level 3 Genius status), I was delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to one of their smart penthouses. The apartment itself was stunning: modern, luxurious, and fully automated. Controlling the curtains and lights with smart switches felt incredibly futuristic and added a unique, upscale touch to the experience. The value for the price is excellent, and the level of comfort and service provided is unmatched. If you are visiting Chengdu and looking for top-tier accommodation with staff who genuinely care about your comfort, Anjia High Altitude Hotel Apartments is the only choice. Great location, opposite shopping centre and minutes walk from various great eateries. Staff were accomodating, the rooms were spacious, new and clean. Laundry service is free (DIY) and they have coffee and ice on hand when needed (in lieu of a fridge in the room).

**An Unforgettable Stay!** My recent stay at your hotel was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The check-in process was swift and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. Our room was spacious, immaculately clean, and offered a stunning view. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The location is perfect for exploring the city. We truly appreciated the high level of service and attention to detail. We had a fantastic stay at Temple House. The property is atmospheric and very conveniently located in a vibrant part of Chengdu. The concierge team make the experience very personal, helping to book tickets for attractions and even getting us meal tickets for restaurants so that we didn't need to wait in line. The service and attention to detail set Temple House apart from other high end hotels we stayed at in China. The pool is beautiful and yoga on a Saturday morning in the grounds was an unexpected highlight. We were lucky to get an upgrade to one of the Residences which had a great view and was super spacious. Special shout out to Troy, Dennis, Bolun and Max for looking after us for three nights whilst we celebrated our anniversary. We didn't want to leave! We also had an incredible vegetarian dinner at the Mi Xun Teahouse which made a pleasant change from all the meat we consumed on the trip.

We truly loved our stay at this hotel! 🌟 The location is excellent — very convenient and close to everything we needed, from attractions to local food spots. The room was extremely comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. It made our stay feel like a home away from home. The staff were friendly and helpful, and overall, everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again!
