House in a well-preserved old residence, The Orchid Hotel, Beijing is located in the historic Hutong area in the heart of Beijing, a 12-minute walk from Houhai Lake, a popular area filled with various... The location was super nice. Located in one of the traditional Beijing Hutong, everything was close by. The hotel provided us with bikes, so we could explore the city even better. All of the staff members speak impeccable English and helped us navigate with Chinese apps. Would definitely come back again!

The rooms are beautiful, clean and with all you need. Especially the breakfast is really good and the the service in the hotel is really good.

Great hotel and location in middle of busy old town district. Heaps of shops and food places nearby. Room was big and clean. Very good place to stay in Beijing. Can only recommend.

Well located in the centre of Beijing, The East Hotel-Very close to the Drum Tower, The Lama Temple, Houhai Bar Street, and the Forbidden City, There are many old Beijing hutongs around the hotel... The location. It’s tucked away right in the middle of this wonderful area nearby to all sorts of shopping and close enough to big tourist spots to be convenient. Very walkable and just off the beaten path enough to feel like a hidden gem.

Beijing Tang House (NanLuoGuXiang) is located in Dong Cheng District, just 800 metres from The Lama Temple. The air-conditioned rooms are decorated in pastel colours and enjoy free wired internet. The location is perfect for exploring the authentic Beijing: near the well preserved “Hutong” area and tons of restaurants serving local food. The staff were very kind and professional.

Featuring a garden, Rong Hotel - Beijing Nanluoguxiang Branch is set in the centre of Beijing, 1.9 km from Yonghegong Temple. The location of the hotel is close to some major tourist places. The rooms are clean and well set. It gives a feeling of old Beijing style.

Mao'er Hutong B&B is located in Beijing's historic hutong. Free WiFi access is available in all areas. the bed was a traditional Chinese wooden carved bed - very big and more comfortable than it looked. Shower room and bathroom were not modern but were very adequate and the provision of sliders for the shower and slippers for the room were very appreciated. It would be good if they could provide some tea / coffee for the room - provided a kettle and mugs but no tea/coffee. It wasn't a big deal though.
