Our host Pilar was so helpful and told us all the good places to go (and not to go). All the staff where lovely too! Perfect location right in the centre of where you want to be- it couldn’t have been better!

Very nice central boutique Hoyel, the staff and manager were so attentive and gave us a great stay. Everything was within walking distance. My husband was a bit sick, and the manager did everything to make him feel better quickly. This hotel deserves a 5 star rating, We would definitely come back, and we felt very comfortable

Great spot with amazing views. Well located in a safe area. Breakfast is continental and the staff are very accommodating. Our room was large and the view from our room was spectacular. Third floor and no lifts but it was excellent. Lovely old building that's had been beautifully decorated.

Everything was just perfect, france m the arrival to the departure. Every staff is welcoming, caring and smiling. Room is spacious and comfortable. Buffet breakfast is simple, focusing on the quality of products. Restaurant offers a terrasse and very good food. A special mention for Marco, the driver of the hotel who took me to Emergency and stayed with me the all time until I went back to the hotel..

Everything was perfect! The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and copious. The hotel has a lot of charm, especially with the log fire in the living room. Great views over Valparaiso from the rooftop terrace.

First night was a holiday so many restaurants closed. evening staff made us an amazing charcuterie plate and delivered to the room at 9;30 pm!!!
