Front desk staffs are nice and speak good English. Room is big and comfortable, and I am very grateful for the upgrade since it is our honeymoon trip! Suite was extremely spacious. Cocktails from the bar were very good. Easy walk to costanera center and metros. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast buffet. Allowed us to checkin extremely early which was a huge bonus.
