We stayed at this accommodation for two nights at the start of our tour of Chile. Everything was perfect for us—the room was spacious and super clean, the staff were always helpful and friendly (we were even able to check in early), and the location is great for exploring Santiago. We could easily reach everything with Uber. There is a great café right next to the hotel and a beverage store and a fantastic bakery around the corner. We would come back anytime.

The staff at Reception were friendly, efficient and helpful. Quick check-in and check-out. The Room Service was excellent, thank you. The Pullman is in a great location. Hector very friendly and helpful with bags etc. The Airport transfers arranged through the Pullman were very good - friendly and courteous drivers. Restaurant and bar staff were very good. Food very tasty.

I had a wonderful three-day stay at this apartment. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area.
