I arrived with a suitcase making loud squeak noises waking up the neighborhood - lol. Angelius from the front desk immediately oiled my wheels with WD40 !! Truly impressive service! Everytime I stay here its amazing! Love the vibe, the location and the bkfst is great!

Very clean and tidy. We only saw one member of staff which was just as we were leaving. She was very friendly and asked if everything had been ok. Good location close to the train station.
