Exceeding expectations. Took smallest room for 1 person and it was actually super clean and cozy, with big bed and very big bathroom with great shower. A/C works quietly. Breakfast for 32 chf seems a bit modest in quantity and expensive, but it is enough and worth it, I think, considering convenience and unlimited drinks (coffee, juices). Choosing everything a la carte would be pricier. Wish I stayed longer than just 1 night.

This is my go to hotel to stay whenever in Zurich. I always love to stay in that area near the lake because i take long walks in the morning with my service dog. This hotel is my absolute favorite. The staff, the location, the scent (def must buy), the food, everything is amazing. Everytime I stay here, they exceed my expectations. The rooms are very nice, the bed is amazing. The setup for your pet is the most adorable thing I´ve ever seen. They treat you and your pets like royalty. Absolutely worth it. Wouldn't stay someplace else.

The location is perfect, so close to the lake and nearest train station. We asked for a quiet room and it was provided to us. Yes, it didn't have a lake view, but it was quiet and the view wasn't terrible, so you get what you ask for :) Breakfast was excellent, the omelettes we ordered were hot, puffy and the smoothest taste. The pancakes with maple syrup turned out very yummy, I definitely recommend trying them! It was also nice to find a bottle of oat milk to poor some into the coffee. We also ate lunch at the bar, pasta was simple but delicious and my husband enjoyed flammkuchen pizza. Wi-Fi was fast and only required the password to be entered once, which was nice. The shower was so spacious! It was nice to have Lavazza coffee machine in the room with a selection of coffee AND tea capsules. The Marshall Action II Bluetooth speaker on the nightstand blew me away! So cool! We were actually in Zurich to attend Warpaint concert so I was able to listen to their playlist quite loudly with good bass right in my room thanks to this speaker!!!

Spacious room, we visited during Christmas and it was warm and cozy. The staff was helpful, polite and friendly. The service was excellent, the room was cleaned every day and the breakfast was very good and had many options. Made our stay very pleasant.
