Everyone working there is very attentive, kind and efficient from reception to restaurant staff. Housekeeping is quick to help with anything. Breakfast and drinks are great. Location is superb. Bathroom in Corner Room is nice and spacious.

Very clean, tasteful decor, felt brand new. Great location with lake, shops and tram stop nearby. Kitchenette was very well kitted out with everything you’d want. Nice touches in the room like games and a Bluetooth smartphone speaker for playing music. Natalie the host was incredibly helpful when we had any questions and gave us nice tips for places to visit. Seefeld is a lovely, quiet neighbourhood with great walks by the lake and just a few minutes walk to the Botanical gardens and China garden. It’s about half an hour walk to the old town.
Hotel Europe is located right in the middle of Zurich’s lively Seefeld quarter, a few steps from the Opera House and Lake Zurich. Free Wi-Fi is available.

The location is perfect. Right behind the Opera. The staff is very friendly and ready to assist you. Room was quite small but it was like the photos. And the free mandarins,placed at the receptiond office it is a nice touch!

Beautiful hotel on the lake! the location was perfect - walking distance to the walking paths around the lake and to many restaurants and shops in the area. The breakfast was outstanding! wonderful selection and the restaurant itself was very inviting and beautifully designed.
I would like to give special thanks to all the front desk staff who were always helpful and even gave us an amazing upgrade to our room when we returned for the second part of our trip. We were given the junior suite lake view - we seriously didn't want to leave - it was perfect!
Also, thanks to the lovely bellboy - he was always quick to help with anything we needed, absolutely wonderful service all around!
We will definitely return on our next trip to Zurich!

Hotel rooms were much nicer than the pictures on Booking. Com. It is a 7 minute walk from the train station and very convenient for getting around the city. Staff were lovely and the place is very clean.
