From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was made to feel welcome. Whenever I had an issue of booking a train or places to go, the staff completely went above and beyond for me. Very clean, tasteful decor, felt brand new. Great location with lake, shops and tram stop nearby. Kitchenette was very well kitted out with everything you’d want. Nice touches in the room like games and a Bluetooth smartphone speaker for playing music. Natalie the host was incredibly helpful when we had any questions and gave us nice tips for places to visit. Seefeld is a lovely, quiet neighbourhood with great walks by the lake and just a few minutes walk to the Botanical gardens and China garden. It’s about half an hour walk to the old town.

Hotel is perfectly located in the heart of city center, everything is walking distance. Room was big and fully equipped. Bed was very comfortable.

A great hotel, fully matching the description on the website. We checked in immediately after arrival, at 9 a.m., which certainly lifted the mood. Excellent service, the staff is always ready to help and respond to any request. Very tasty breakfast buffet + individual order of a hot dish. The room is spacious and very beautiful. The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, next to the Opera House and Lake Zurich. I highly recommend it!
