The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing me with a restful night's sleep amd two additional small pillows greatly improved the quality of sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The amenities were great too, like the soundproof walls and quiet-flushing toilet. In conclusion, my stay at this hotel was an absolute pleasure. The exceptional service, luxurious accommodations, and attention to detail truly set it apart from others. The property is set in a stunning area. Whilst Switzerland in general is extremely picturesque, you cannot beat the views which are on your door stop. You are set on Lake Zug with views of the surrounding mountains. Whilst slightly off the beaten track it is easy accessible with the train station a short 5 minute walk away with good connections. Not that you’d know because you don’t hear the trains! You can swim in the pool or take a swim in the lake or even better… paddle boarding! The outdoor area is well decorated with the sun setting down throughout the day. The property itself is designed for couples but is well designed, clean and modern. The host is happy to be contacted throughout the stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again despite being on the pricier side which I think is currently a fair value.

The rooms where really spacious with lots of natural light and we were able to fully open the windows. The facilities were comfortable. Beds were comfortable as well, the bathroom was spacious and tidy.

Easy sellf check in. Room so clean and comfy bed. Ideal for a long stay. Unfortunately I could only do one night. Will be back and will highly recommend.

We stayed 2 nights in hotel. Location is center of the Zug. Hotel was very clean, comfortable. Breakfast was the best. They accept bitcoin. Its expensive but here is Switzerland and everything is pricey if you are from abroad.

Reception is easy and with clear explanations. Everyone is very welcome and friendly. The room space is small but has a big and easy-to-use locker system inside to keep your belongings safe. Breakfast is great; it has a lot of fresh and healthy choices. I was pleasantly surprised and will come again in the future for sure :)
