Everything was great. Super spacious and clean room with beautiful decoration. We got room with balcony with nice view to the Matterhorn. Location is super, just a few minutes walk from the train station. The staffs were really nice and helpful. Great value for money!

This was one of the most magnificent hotels we’ve ever stayed in and easily the best on our most recent European vacation. Everything about this hotel is wonderful! The staff are welcoming and knowledgeable, the room was big and perfectly appointed with a wonderful balcony overlooking the centre of Zermatt and the glorious Matterhorn peak making for the most picturesque holiday photos. The bathroom is excellent with a dreamy shower and even a two in one toilet that rinsed your behind with warm water (much better than a bidet which we can never work out in Italy!) Breakfast was also delicious and served in the delightful, old world charm dining room that also serves as the Lusi Brasserie in the evening, (and make sure you book that ahead for dinner because that was also exceptional!) And don’t miss the pool, sauna, steam room and ice room! Just fantastic! All staff were of the highest quality and in particular front desk staff member Julia was also wonderful organising our departure transport and answered all of our questions during our stay. Highly recommend this superb hotel and we can’t wait to return!

There are many things to highlight: the location right next to the HB was amazing especially if you are backpacking and tired of your luggage. Aggie was great answering all our questions even before arriving, while dropping our luggage, and even via Booking messages while we were out visiting Zermatt, and also providing great recommendations. And the view that it has of the nearby mountains makes it worth every CHF paid. Note that there is only one restroom and one shower per floor but this was not an issue for us, and also there is one extra restroom near the kitchen.
