Excellent property. Some may like some may don’t. It’s really a taste. Location is great. Staff is warm and helpful. We loved it for its cozinesss and style. A different property compared to one’s you ussuallly stay in. Overall a great experience. A cinema is in the property itself.

Brilliant location to Coop supermarket, ski lifts, free shuttle bus stop, and shops in town! Plus Zermatt train station is literally across the road. Well organised dorm rooms with sturdy bunks (minimal noise) and spacious. Great lockers with key card security. Ski storage available. Superb kitchen facilities! Aggie at front desk was an amazing help with advice for town and the slopes!
