The location of the hotel itself is unreal. Switzerland is truly beautiful, and when you stay in this hotel you can experience it. The interior is magical, so well blended that we were speechless. The staff is very kind, attentionate and very efficient. The room was clean and very comfortable. Very good dinner as well. The hotel is only 10 minutes bus away from the center of St Gallen so it is easy to commute.
