The staff was extremely friendly and smiling, especially the restaurant staff. The receptionist told me we had her favourite room in the hotel and I can concur that it was flawless - very spacious, had everything one might need. The hotel itself seems a little bit dated at this point and could easily be a luxurious place with some renovation. However it is only if you are picky, the restaurant food was amazing, we enjoyed our time at the SPA greatly, the room was perfect, enjoyed the mountain outside the balcony. It was a perfect plan B due to a rainy day in St Gallen. Highly recommend.

I with my friends stayed only one night at the hotel and we really liked the place. The rooms are clean and well designed with the modern furniture. The quality of metreses and pillows is high & we slept well. There is a restaurant & reception in the neighbouring bulding. The parking is free of charge & the location is perfect. I recommend this hotel & I'm going to visit it again next time.

Everything. Recommend,, recommend, recommend! We got an instant, free upgrade to a suite. The suite had everything you need, was immaculately clean and spacious. Beds were extremely comfy. Shower was spotless and great water pressure. The balcony and night-time blinds were a great bonus. Considering how reasonable the rates are....the breakfast is absolutely outstanding. So much variety and beautifully presented. The owners are happy and friendly - 10 Stars!

Food was the best I had in St Gallen. Located in the old part of the town very pretty and room was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

never wrote a review in my life but what an amazing stay! hospitality was better then the hotels i usually stay in. bathroom and bed where clean and spacious. the family is so nice and helpful even though there was a language barrier, cause i don’t speak german lol, we still communicated. breakfast was the highlight of the stay in my opinion. they prepare so much food that it will leave you full throughout the day. and let’s not forget that it was delicious as well. the animals were a good addition to my holiday as well because the made me feel like i’m still at home in some way.
