The rooms are nice and spacious overlooking the lake and the mountains. Staff were fantastic and helpful. Breakfast was nice.

The location was perfect for visiting Lugano. I was travelling alone and felt very happy and safe at this friendly hotel. They have a restaurant and were very accommodating, cooking me a gluten free meal in the evening. Really appreciated this. Would stay here again for sure.
