Excellent location, close to the train station and the old city with easy access to all tourist attractions. Staff super friendly and very responsive to customer needs. The staff at the front desk were amazing - friendly and helpful. They were able to assist us with an alternative option when our tour operator (Viator - never use them) cancelled thirty minutes before the tour and were unreachable. Their suggestion was even more cost effective than the tour operator and it ended up being a pleasant day afterall. So thumbs up for the excellent service in our time of need.
