It has all the amenities you require, however if you have 2 suitcases, it difficult to open it :) 2. Bathroom - clean and spacious 3. Staff - very friendly. The staff invited us for free drinks at bar in the evening. 4. Location - excellent. It is central and right on the water. You can enjoy your meals at the balcony and enjoy the views. 5. Breakfast - it was fresh and tasty. 6. Value for money - a bit at the expensive side but it is due to quality and location.

The staff at the front desk were amazing - friendly and helpful. They were able to assist us with an alternative option when our tour operator (Viator - never use them) cancelled thirty minutes before the tour and were unreachable. Their suggestion was even more cost effective than the tour operator and it ended up being a pleasant day afterall. So thumbs up for the excellent service in our time of need.

Great location and really well equipped. Nice view of an Alp from the window. It was great that I saved myself a few Francs by buying cans of beer from the supermarket and watching the rugby on IPTV (they also have BBC and other British channels.

The man at the reception Cedric (i hope i spelled it right), absolute legend, the most welcoming person I have ever met. Everything else is at peak performance, definitely recommend to anyone thinking about trying Capsule.
