Gorgeous hotel right on the lake with an amazing view. We had the spa room and it was amazing with a spa bath, sauna and jet shower. The rooms are very spacious and very clean with thoughtful touches like complimentary chocolates and l’occitane toiletries. The bed was so comfortable I had the best night’s sleep.

I liked that the rooms were able to be next to each other. Breakfast was good: Eggs, sausages, bread/croissants, yogurt, nuts, jams, prosecco, coffee and latte machine. Location was great, a few minutes walk to heart of downtown Lucern. Parking garage was across the river, a short 5 minute walk. On Christmas day received a plate of oranges, peanuts, and chocolate which was appreciated. I arrived late (after the desk had closed), but keys were easily left at the mail box and instructions were clear. I also emailed a few times about questions, and they always promptly responded. Great stay and great service.
