The location is wonderful and the breakfast is very delicious! Moreover, Françoise is a kind and nice host. In general, the house and the room are really comfy, I fully recommend it for relaxing.

SwissTech Hotel is a very practical choice for a business trip, especially for those visiting the EPFL campus or nearby institutions. The location right next to the metro station is a huge advantage – it provides quick and easy access to Lausanne city center and other parts of town. The room was clean, well soundproofed, and adequately equipped for a short stay. Breakfast was tasty – with great coffee and free drinking water (hot and cold) available throughout the day. The WiFi worked reliably, which was very helpful for remote work. A big convenience was the easy access to the building with a card and entry code. I’d especially like to highlight the very friendly and helpful staff – they’re doing a fantastic job!

The hotel is very beautiful, with a warm and welcoming feel. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff at the hotel were also very kind and helpful, always ready to answer our questions , accomodate our requests and give us precious advice. The hotel is in the center of the city, so it was easy to reach many local attractions, restaurants, and shops. We could easily explore the area on foot or by subway and enjoy all that Lausanne has to offer. Overall, our stay at the Lausanne Palace was a wonderful experience. The beautiful hotel, spacious, comfortable and clean room, friendly staff, and perfect location made the trip very enjoyable. We can't wait to come back!

This was extraordinary. In packing out, we forgot (and left in our room) a small leather agenda book. We called the hotel from our residence in Brussels to see if the hotel had found it. Indeed they did find it and notified us with a message asking us how we would like it send from Lausanne to Brussels. It was superb service.
