The indications to get to the hotel from the train station were very accurate. The hotel is very well located. Breakfast was complete, fresh things and varied. All staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and quiet. I highly recommend it.

One of the most charming hotels we have ever stayed at. The area is tranquil, no noise. The design is based on chocolate and they even have a chocolate fountain in the receptcion, my daughters loved it (and the parent too!). The staff were really nice. There is a supermarket, shops and restaurants around the hotel and it is near the old town.

In a quiet location in the centre of Lausanne, only a 2-minute walk from the main train station, Palmiers by Fassbind is surrounded by a tropical garden and offers 2 restaurants, a sauna, a steam...

The Hotel Continental was originally built for the 1964 Swiss National Exhibition in Lausanne and was recently refurbished, modernized and enlarged.

Room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast had a wide variety of food. Location was near the train and metro station. Town centre was a good 15 minute walk but you could use the metro instead. Free travel card for Lausanne was provided which was brilliant.
