The breakfast was delicious, the staff very friendly and the location couldn't have been more convenient. One minute walk to the train/bus station, very easy with luggage and there was a lift at the hotel too.

The staff accommodated all of our special requests. The accommodation cost included ski equipment hire from the shop across the road. Excellent restaurant on site. Lovely room. Friendly staff.

We had a penthouse suite which was very comfortable and lovely view. Hotel lobby restaurant/bar is super cozy. Had a massage and enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Lovely decor. Just a wonderful stay all around

I loved my stay at Hotel Kernen ! Close to railway station & walking distance to ski field. Very welcoming hotel & staff were amazing - Bruno the owner made a huge effort with his guests & is a lovely person. Meals in the restaurant were divine . Highly recommend to stay here rather than in Gstaad town centre.

It was a very nice atmosphere. And we were surprised to be greeted by a Latvian receptionist who was very helpful. The perfect place for Christmas!

Karin, the host is super kind and friendly. She offered to drive us back to Gstaad seeing that we still waited for the bus to the station. Bus stops right in front of the property; walking distance to the trail heads to several hiking trail; restaurant next door for dinner; not far from Gstaad and quieter; The property is spotlessly clean. We didn’t mind the share bathroom. Breakfast is wonderful!

The Ermitage Wellness & SPA Hotel in Schönried - Gstaad is located on a sunny terrace above Gstaad in the middle of a park. It offers panoramic views of the Saanenland and the surrounding mountains.

Our stay at the hotel was exceeding all our expectations! It was truly wonderful! The staff was incredibly friendly and we felt immediately welcome and at home.
