It’s the best location on the lake. People are very professional and helpful and make you feel like home. Breakfast was delicious and place of breakfast was very convenient. Service is always available and management were very helpful to resolve our issue when our flight was cancelled and they were able to accommodate us for an extra night with same rate despite the hotel been very busy and fully booked. We were also offered an upgrade with a discount in the best room with a beautiful view on the lake.

The place is modern and compact, but the space was utilized exceptionally well. It was clean, and the bus station and supermarket were conveniently located right across the street. The upstairs area was excellent—well-equipped with a fridge and complimentary tea and coffee. The rooftop was also a highlight. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Location was fantastic. Hotel oozed old world charm and luxury. Staff were very attentive to our needs. The view from our room (lake-facing) was just amazing. Concierge was knowledgeable. The experience was a great start to our Swiss holiday.

Perfect location, it was very clean, great price/value ratio. Comfortable bed, a bathtub, mini fridge, I was very happy with the place. I doubt you'll find anything better in Geneva for this price.

The location was perfect and easy to connect to the various transport options. The rooms were clean and the staff were nice.

The hotel is very good located , room was large with a small balcony with a view.The bed was really comfortable.The bathroom is tiny but didn't bother me at all.They offer me free transport pass.Staff was really helpful.
