It is probably one of the best hotels in Geneva. The staff is polite and very helpful, everything is clean, there is a great view on the city and the breakfasts are the best ones I ever had in a hotel. Everything you need is available, including even a separate dog menu!

I mean, this is about as great as it gets in terms of hotels. Had to stay because of flight issues, but for a last-minute place to sleep it certainly sufficed, and improved my mood. If you end up staying here, there's lots to enjoy. The breakfast is amazing.

The room was excellent, clean, comfortable, with big windows and great bathroom and kitchen. Very close to the lake, close to a small beach for swimming, the train station, the tram (no15) and the bus stop (no25 & No1) also very close. There is a taxi boat (M4) that makes it easy to go across the lake. For the end, all the staff very friendly and with big smiles! The hotel was pet friendly, and the staff also🥰 Merci beaucoup !
