Amazing location ( walking distance to center ) close to the hotel a public parking with hotel discount ( we paid around 25 CHF for 2 days original 50 ) Hotel very very suitable for babies and the staff super polite and helpful. Close to the hotel you find also super market and small shops for water etc.

Location excellent . Receptionist was very helpful giving me a map , explaining clearly where to go , she gave me good restaurant recommendations , hotel was very clean , I liked it , I’d look for a Novotel again , I’d never stayed in one until this time .

This is the first European country I have travelled to and found great customer service. The staff were very helpful, and ready to assist as well.To be honest, as a black person who has had bad experiences in Europe, I did not expect much, only to find that drake hotel was totally different. From my check In to my check out. Whenever I needed something yet I did not have money since I was using my card, the receptionist always found a solution for me.
