The apartment was very comfortable and clean. We checked in ourselves and it was all very smooth with easy communication through messages on booking.com. We were staying over a few nights midweek and were close to most of the city sights and amenities. There's a supermarket just down the street, a good pizza restaurant on the doorstep and bars nearby too. Bear in mind that Geneva is very expensive so it's good to have the ability to self cater some meals.

Exceptional hotel and attitude. Amazing staff, in particular the reception people, extremely helpful, finding solutions for every single situation. The hotel is very clean, nice and cosy rooms. There’s a nice bar with live music, go for a cocktail 😊. Great location. We had to go back to Geneva a week later and stayed here again. Best decision ever. Choose Bristol and enjoy.

The location was perfect … the tram stop was right outside the front door, providing us with very easy transportation. All the staff … including Madeline, Sergei, Ava & Hassan were absolutely AMAZING‼️. They were extremely helpful, friendly & knowledgeable. We felt like we had our own personal travel agents. We loved everything about the hotel concept and the fact that we felt so at home during our stay!
