Comfortable and spacious. I received a welcome drink and there is a nice garden to sit in for the drinks. Very tranquil. Also right by the tram stop. Staff also made effort to ensure I could get a room earlier than the normal check in time.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, within walking distance of the city's main attractions and the main railway station. It's also very easy to reach from the EuroAirport via Bus 50, which conveniently stops at the railway station.
The room was spacious and well-equipped with everything you might need, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The breakfast was another highlight, offering a wide variety of options to suit every taste.
I highly recommend this hotel for its convenience, comfort, and excellent service!

The staff, location, room basically everything about the stay was excellent! Really close to the Christmas Market, restaurants and shopping. The bed was comfy and the room was fairly quiet too.
