We loved the room design and the fact that it was spotlessly clean. There's free water, coffee, and fruits, and the breakfast is delicious. We also received the BaselCard for free transportation throughout the city (including the bus to the airport) and reduced admission for museums. The hotel is located in a quiet part of the town

This is just about the most perfect place to stay in Basel that I can think of. From a very friendly contact to a really clean appartment to an incredibly nice and romantic location (while still very centrally located), it has it all, even direct views of the Rhine and the Münster. I can imagine that during summer the street on the bedroom side is less quiet than in winter (actually it's probably quite lively!), but I'd put that as a positive, TBH.

I loved my stay here! The location is absolutely perfect—there was a beautiful Christmas market right outside, which made everything feel so festive. Plus, the tram station is only about a 3-minute walk, and the river is just 2 minutes away. The bathroom was stunning—really spacious and beautifully designed. The bed was super comfortable too. Another nice touch was the coffee station just outside the room—so handy in the mornings! And I have to mention the staff—they were amazing, so friendly and helpful. Definitely a 10/10 experience!

Staff were super nice, the room was large, modern and very clean. The restaurant was fantastic quality and the breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at a hotel. Free parking was great too.
