I was working around the corner; the location was extremely convenient for me. Staff at front desk were always kind upon coming and going from the property and helpful with everything I asked. I didn’t see the garden until my last day somehow but hope to stay again next year. It’s very clean and orderly as a hotel should be. Had everything I needed for my stay including gym and laundry! I do not have any complaints. Thank you!

Really nice hotel with beautiful garden, friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Right in the center of the city. I really enjoyed my stay there. Would definitely come back.

Very smooth check in, Rose from the customer service was very helpful. The room was clean, the hostel is located next to a tramway station which is very helpful. They also provided me with Basel Card for free transportation.

EVERYTHING PERFECT! HIGHLY SUGGESTED! We did visit the Christmas Markets in Colmar and decided to sleep a bit further cause the prices in Colmar were insane. And it turned out to be the best decision! New Hotel, spacious and clear room, great breakfast but especially 2 plus. The Restaurant which is has great food and also a charging station (we have an electric car).

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent—just a short 2-minute walk to buses and trams, and the railway is also easy to access, making access to Basel town very easy. The rooms are clean and well-equipped with everything you might need. Breakfast exceeded expectations and was above standard.
