The location is perfect, easy to go around to some famous scenic spots, bus stops and good restaurants nearby on foot. The staffs are all very welcoming and helpful and they run 24hrs which gives us extra convenience. They recommended us many places and restaurants to visit, save us a lot of time. The room is spacious and cozy, they provide extra pillows and quilt in the room so we have no worries to fight for the stuffs while sleeping. We would rather just stay in the room all day than going out because the room was too comfy. Would love to stay here again next time when the restaurant at 1st floor is open, just to taste the food.

The stay was fantastic. All the workers, staff, etc were world class and always super happy to help out. I loved how personal they all are and talk to guests like a long lost friend, making jokes, while also being incredibly professional.

Location is perfect. Hotel is spotless. Suite was wonderful for 3 adults. Breakfast on 18th floor was good and amazing views. Comfortable beds and no noise.

The staff was incredibly friendly & attentive. Our dog is a bit scared of strangers and barks when approached, but they were very understanding. We even got delicious snacks and the room had a bowl for him. The photo included should say enough :) Otherwise the rooms are cozy & clean, the food & drinks were fantastic & the location was very convenient.
