Just outstanding. Everything was perfect, Staff is friendly, the room was great with a fancy but practical layout. So far the best Hotel we have been in North America. Unfortunately for the next day they have been fully booked otherwise we had extended our stay.

Everything. Great location - a 5-10 minute walk to the pier. Also a 10 minute walk to the cruise terminal. Beautiful facilities - our room was gorgeous with lovely views. We could see sea planes and cruise ships. Every member of staff was so friendly and helpful - I wish I could remember his name but the male on reception who checked us in was so lovely. The staff had sprinkled rose petals all over our room as we were celebrating our honeymoon and left us a bottle of Prosecco and some macarons. We also loved that the hotel has bikes to borrow to save on renting any. I loved every second of our time here, I didn’t want to go home.

Beautiful location near Stanley Park. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very nice with fresh products. The room was spacious with a nice view of the harbor. The beds were very comfortable. There are bikes you can lend for free for two hours, would recommend to take them for a trip around Stanley Park!

The staff was very helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Never have I experienced staff running up to my room to hand deliver a package. The rooms were spotless and housekeeping was very diligent to refresh items everyday. Location was very great, most places were within walking distance.

Excelence in every detail! Upon our arrival, our check in was made and our keys were already available with the Bell Post. Never in my life, I was in my room so speedily. Teh room as everything we hoped for: spacious, comfortable and pleasant. The service was cordial and efficient. The location was ideal in relation to our previous Cruise and adjacent car trip. The express check out was perfect and trouble free.
