Staff were lovely & helpful. The hotel & rooms were beautiful. Rooms were clean, good size, comfy beds & pillows. Close to everything. The bathroom had plenty of space & heated floors. I would not stay anywhere else if I'm in Vancouver again. Highly recommend staying here.

Fabulous location, a short walk to the gorgeous Stanley park, and with a wide variety of places to eat nearby A local supermarket was helpful for when we wanted to eat at home . Really good facilities and helpful staff , we had a late flight so being able to store luggage after checkout was very helpful. We would definitely return here if lucky enough to visit Vancouver again .
