Inspite of ongoing renovations, the staff were upbeat and friendly, which made for a pleasant experience. There is access to The Path from the hotel, which is very convenient. The rooms are spacious and we had a really comfortable stay at this hotel.

This downtown Toronto hotel, located in the Financial District, is just a short walk to Toronto's Theatre District. It offers a café - lounge and contemporary accommodations.

beautiful suite with a view down to the lake; very helpful staff who went the extra mile (brought a couple of nice teddies to the room for the girls), nice cultural touches like the sabrage at 6pm, excellent location for going to Taylor Swift at the Rogers Centre and also shopping at the Eaton centre.

The service at the front desk, the restaurant and by housekeeping. Front desk manager Sundar and shift assistants (both named Aisha) were extremely helpful and accommodating. Housekeeping paid great attention to detail. We also enjoyed the cuisine at the restaurant. Kudos to the chef for her interesting blend of flavours. The location is superb: near Union Station and many tourist spots. And we love the decor. All the different sections of the lobby are Instagrammable, and the Victorian kettle in the room is a pleasing touch.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Close to the Union Station with quick connection to the airport as well as to various attractions in walking diistance. Our room was spacious and beds very comfortable. Staff nice. Breakfast was not included in the price however it was worth the additional money we paid. I do recommend trying Burcher musli and shakchuka - excellent!

We loved absolutely everything about this hotel. The staff were excellent. A special mention to the concierge Steven, he was so professional and helpful. So good at his job and just the person everyone needs to meet on their holiday especially when travelling abroad. Cannot forget Conor from Ireland, a lovely lad.
