Super comfy beds, and pillows! Very clean facilities/room. Great client service by the front desk staff (they replaced a broken beer bottle that fell in the storage room, and gave me complimentary coffee). Great views and location to experience downtown.

Lovely staff, the hotel is pristine and renovated to a really high standard. Room was spacious and cosy. Comfortable bed, with kettle and TV in the room. Food for breakfast was a tad too expensive for what it was, but staff was fantastic throughout. Very close to subway, trams and PATH entrances.

Liked the small scale of the hotel with only 4 floors and having all the amenities of a larger hotel. The thoughtful placement of the electronic controls for the window shades and room lights made it very convenient to use from anywhere in the room. Loved the luxurious bathroom finishes and the quality of the bath products.

The Royal structure & decor preserving elements of History that are very interesting to know. In general hotels to this level of detail are very selective. Staff was beyond welcoming. From the entrance door to the front desk , everyone was so accommodating and friendly! Hotel itself is a brand new building so it just feels good to stay in it. Our room faced the billy bishop airport so it was really cool to watch all the planes landing from my bed!
