The building is a beautiful old historic building. It is in a prime location in downtown Toronto that has lots of nearby transport connections to trains, trams and is walking distance to all the sites around Toronto. The room we had came with a great city view and the bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was a terrific size. Big thumbs up to the hotel for the gym, pool and sauna. It was easily the best hotel gym I had set foot in. Also, the staff were super friendly and helpful.

beautiful suite with a view down to the lake; very helpful staff who went the extra mile (brought a couple of nice teddies to the room for the girls), nice cultural touches like the sabrage at 6pm, excellent location for going to Taylor Swift at the Rogers Centre and also shopping at the Eaton centre.
