We had a room with a view, and it was absolutely amazing and completely worth the extra money. This is one of THE BEST, if not THE BEST, hotels if you are looking for a room with a view of the falls. I had mentioned during the booking that it was my anniversary. After we returned from an evening exploring, a bottle of champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries were waiting for us—such a nice touch. Everything was perfect. I 100% recommend.

Very spacious and comfortable room with fridge and microwave. Clean bathroom with shower and bath. Lovely and helpful lady at reception. Short walk to shops and restaurants. Will definitely stay again when we come down to Niagara Falls.

Receptionist- We arrived three hours before check-in and it was snowing heavily outside, the receptionist was nice enough to let us check-in early. Location- Restaurants and attractions are within walking distance. Room- room was very spacious and clean.

Overall, the hotel is great- perfect location! My room did not have much of a view but I knew that going in as I was trying to maintain a given rate covered by my employer. The beds were divine. Free parking is nice- many hotels seem to gouge you for $50+ parking.

The managers of the hotel were really kind, they helped us a lot and the experience in the hotel was very good. Also the pool was great!!
