We had a room with a view, and it was absolutely amazing and completely worth the extra money. This is one of THE BEST, if not THE BEST, hotels if you are looking for a room with a view of the falls. I had mentioned during the booking that it was my anniversary. After we returned from an evening exploring, a bottle of champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries were waiting for us—such a nice touch. Everything was perfect. I 100% recommend.

We loved the river view room that we got. The location was really awesome. It's still a long walk to the Falls but the River itself was really beautiful. First morning, we woke up early to see that we had a view of the sunrise. We immediately went out for a walk (at 6:20am). It was stunning by the river, with the fog and the golden glow of the rising sun, plus the sound of the water. It was beautiful. I mentioned that it was still a long walk to the Falls but you can walk and it's a very nice walk along the river with benches to rest on. We love the free warm cookies given out at the reception. The elder Receptionist was the best. Very pleasant, helpful and easy to talk too. No free breakfast but the resto served reasonably priced food in large servings. Overall, we had a great experience in this hotel.

The room was spotless, pleasantly scented, and the beds were very comfortable. We were pleasantly upgraded from a queen room with 2 queen bed to a presidential suite, where we enjoyed the in-room jacuzzi after a long day of activities.
