Absolutely everything! Staff were fantastic when we arrived at 1am, gave us an upgrade to the high floors with an incredible view of Niagara Falls! We stayed room 2127 on the 21st floor. Rooms are beautiful, big and clean. Bathroom was also a great size, very clean and had a jacuzzi. Would definitely stay again!

The view, the cleanliness, the staff were great! All those reviews you read of Scott being great at his job are all true! As well as all the other staff we met, really nice folks you have working there. The room was spotless, I even dropped the soap into the corner of the floor under the sink, fully expecting to be repulsed....nope, all good!!! Great housekeeping! Also, really good showers! I will be back 10000%

Had a room in the 28th floor with perfect view. Expensive comparing to other hotels but the view was valuable and so it was ok. Comfortable beds. Far away from all the amusements but because of that it's quiet

View was great! We had a pefect sunrise point & fall from the room. Bathroom was a little tight, but no complain, Breakfast was way too ong line for the hot omellet, but still no complain, just hope the hotel can accomodate in little better way? which I can't not think of, I guess it's hotel's homework to do ^^
