The staff were just phenomenal. We arrived early and they organised to have us into the room in no time, coffee and tea while we waited. They were all very helpful with the baby. Just really very friendly and helpful all round.

This is one of my favorite hotels ever! Exceptional service and attention to detail. The double Queen room was way more spacious than I expected and the bathroom was amazing. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. They helped us with so many things. We loved the bar on sight - best Old Fashioned cocktail there. I highly recommend the restaurant - fabulous food and service. The location is perfect and the neighborhood is full of things to do but very safe and quiet. When we return to Montreal we will stay here again.

room was very comfortable had all necessary items. The room could have been darker but hey it's the city. We were very comfortable and will definitely go back to this hotel. valet parking was easy!

The hotel had just opened a few weeks prior to our stay so everything was spotless and brand new. It is located very close to the old town of Montréal, which means there are plenty of cafés, restaurants and souvenirs shops nearby, as well as the old port and the riverside.
