The front desk people were very nice and accommodating. The hostel was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The common area was very cozy and the overall environment was very friendly. They let me leave my bags there after check-out.

Staff were welcoming, professional and attentive. Housekeeping staff deserve a special mention for attention to detail and quality of service. Hotel is in a fantastic location central to old montreal but we still had a quiet room. Everything was spotlessly clean. Would recommend and would stay again!

Location is perfect! Old port and downtown are within walking distance. The hotel itself is beautiful, a lovely old building with nice paintings, good and clean rooms and a nice staff! Would surely recommend it!
